I am a lifelong resident of Avon-by-the-Sea and the Northern Jersey Shore. Prior to purchasing Avon Realty in 2004 with my wife, Peggy, I worked at the company for four years as a sales agent. I completed Real Estate Broker’s training in 2004 and became licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Real Estate Broker.

My former employment as a Divisional President of a diversified apparel manufacturer afforded me the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States and the rest of the world. That travel provided me with a unique perspective on my home, the Jersey Shore and Avon. It made me realize how fortunate I was to have been raised here, to raise my family here and to currently live here.

I’m also fortunate to be the father of five daughters who have grown into beautiful and vibrant young ladies. I’m proud to be their father. I’m equally blessed with a partner in life and in business, my wife Peggy, who puts up with my idiosyncrasies.

With this new venture for me, The JerseyShoreHomesBlog, I hope to provide you, its readers with valuable information about the Jersey Shore Housing market, specifically information about the communities of Avon-by-the-Sea, Belmar, Bradley Beach, Spring Lake, Sea Girt and Ocean Grove. We’ll venture, too, into the amusing occurrences of a Realtors day-to-day work time.  And maybe some local restaurant reviews. I do know what I like, but I’m certainly not a gourmet. So don’t expect too much insight.
